I've used a 360p Absolute for the past few years but decided to try out NN after upgrading my camera. Blown away by the quality and equally important the level of customer service. I had a small issue with my shipping details and they upgraded me to next day air for free. They also responded to my multiple support questions the same day.

Great for 360 Panos Product: Ultimate R1 Adjustable Tilt Ring Mount Package (F6120) Posted By: Archmaster - When I first opened the box and started reading the literature detailing how to setup the pano head, I became very frustrated. The literature was very confusing and I would recommend hiring a professional to give it a makeover. That being said, I worked my way through the setup with my Sigma 8mm lens and Nikon D800. The next day I set out to test the new head taking 4 shot panos with a +5 tilt. After the initial setup, assembly in the field was quick and easy. I liked the rotating set points. A great time saver. I found the head to be solidly built and didn't have any issues with any of my setting shifting while handling the camera during the day's shoot. Once I was back in the office, the stitching results using PTGui were outstanding! If all you want to do is 360 panos, this is a great head.
