Some Olympus OM-D cameras have a big protruding viewfinder housing close to the lens mount. The lens ring mount needs to be placed 1.5mm away from the camera. This is achieved by a dedicated plastic insert for OM-D in F6521.
The clamping position in regular F6520 is more ideal and should provide a better grip for the lens.

It turns out that the lens release button on a Z-mount adapter will interfere with the lens ring.
