What's going on:
- Nodal Ninja will be in attendance during this great 4 day event. We are proud sponsors and supporters and we'll also be taking advantage of the many classes and speaking sessions.
- We'll be will be giving away FREE stuff like cool prism binoculars w/case, lens cleaning clothes, and quality pens to every person that attends - not to mention PRIZES.
- Stop by our vendor both and be the first to see what new products we'll be unveiling for 2010.
During the event we will offer 15% discount off any Nodal Ninja pano-head or accessory. Limit one product purchase per person. Good at time of conference only.
- FREE PANO-HEAD LOANERS.
- Prepays on products prior to the event (for pick up "at" the venue) will receive a FREE Quick Release Clamp (QRS-2) worth $40.
It has been our experience that many attendees at these conferences may not have pano equipment to work with. For this reason we would like to offer our pano heads for free use during the conference. You are under no obligation whatsoever to buy these units however should you decide you would like to make a purchase we'll be offering generous discounts.
We have set aside several pano heads for use during the show so early reservation is important so as to guarantee a unit.
There will be 3 types of loaners being offered:
- Classroom Loaners:
NN3 MKII's (for point and shoot cameras or smaller DSLR's using small lenses).
NN5L's for the larger cameras using bigger lenses.
No deposit required - just turn in to your teacher at the end of the class. - Long Term Loaners:
These will be new off the shelf units that may be checked out beginning Wed Morning 8am on the 14th and returned no later than Sat night 8pm on the17th.

NN5L's for the larger cameras using bigger lenses.
Deposit is required - see terms below. - Short Term Loaners:
We will have a very limited supply of our new R-1 adjustable tilt ring clamp pano heads (excellent for those using fisheye lenses) and or our top-of-the-line model - the NN5 w/RD16 advanced rotator on an EZ-Leveler-II (for those looking to shoot high resolution mosaic or gigapixel images).
Both the R-1's and NN5 w/RD16+EZ-L-II will be "24 hour short term loaners only". This will allow us to cycle better between users. Deposit is required - see terms below.
Terms:
- These terms are part of those outlined by our Terms of Use policy:
- A deposit equal to 85% of the retail price of the item needs to be collected prior to checking out a loaner. Deposit must be cash or credit card. If using credit card the funds will be authorized but "NOT" captured. Placing a deposit on the item will allow unrestricted use during the allotted times. If you wish to keep the product no return is necessary and we'll simply capture the funds.
- Classroom loaners - NO deposit required - the items may only be used during the classroom sessions and returned to the teacher at the end of the class.
- We expect minor wear and tear on the products as they are being used inside and outside. We would like to see reasonable care taken when using these loaners. All products come in their own hard shelled carrying cases so please use it for packing and carrying.
- You accept full liability for the pano head and parts if lost, stolen or abused from misuse. We'll ask you what gear you will be using so we can better pair up the correct pano head for you.
- The loaner you will be checking out will include all parts as advertised on our website and more than likely be brand new.
- The heads "must" be returned within the period stated above. If you do not return the items we will deem the loaner as purchased in which case we will simply capture and collect the funds.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMIITING DEPOSITS AND RESERVING YOUR HEAD EARLY OR PREPAY FOR PICKUP AT THE SHOW.
- Place your order through our e-store - click here
- Select the items you would like purchase and add to cart (i.e. 1 pano head + 1 EZ-Leveler-II, + accessories).
- After items are selected view your shopping cart and enter Coupon code - [tucson2010] without brackets click APPLY. This coupon will subtract 15% off your order.
- Next enter second Coupon code - [tucson2010PU] without brackets - click apply and this will subtract any shipping fees as the items will be picked up in Tucson.
- For checkout anonymously click button "Proceed to Checkout" or we highly recommend entering email address and password so as to login and checkout.
- Section 1 "billing information" - Enter credit card billing information
- Section 2 - shipping information" VERY IMPORTANT - select from the "Ship To" drop down menu "A Different Address".

- Section 3 - "choose your shipping method" Free shipping should be displayed - if not look in drop down menu. If you do not see Free Shipping click view click on top page and re-enter Coupon code [tucson2010] without brackets.
- Section 4 - "payment information" select Payment Method and enter required data. Under "Order Comment" enter any notes to us you would like.
- Section 5 - If you would like to claim the item we are currently waiting for someone to locate
- Click "Place order" - If paying by CC we will only authorize the funds - we will not capture and take the funds. If opting to pay via PayPal the full amount will be deducted from your account and returned at time of loaner turn-in.
We will see the order come and set your item aside assuring you your loaner availability. Of course your are welcome to do this at the conference as well but this will save everyone time by doing it early.

We have resellers coming in from Italy, France, UK and California. Many of these resellers sell other items while offering the same great support as we do. We encourage you to meet our resellers to see what solutions and/or discounts they may have to offer you.
