Shipping FAQ’s
Q. I just bought NN3 and see you are selling the carry bags. How can I add this to my order? A. If your order has not yet shipped you can add any items you wish. Simply reorder the items you want added and we will refund the shipping charges added (usually within 24 hours) and combine with your original order. If you do not see a refund on shipping charges please contact us.
Q. I ordered my NN3 last week using Standard Global Priority but tracking says the package just left Kennedy? A. The US Postal Service doesn’t really provide accurate tracking information for Global Priority. Why they call it tracking I do not know. It’s really more of delivery confirmation. It DOES NOT provide accurate tracking information and should not be used to track your package. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Q. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after I placed my order - why? A. PayPal will ALWAYS send a confirmation e-mail after you place your order. In an effort to keep down duplicate e-mails, this will be the ONLY e-mail you will receive confirming your order. If you did not receive this e-mail you either need to update your e-mail address with PayPal or have a spam blocker in place.
Q. I wrote you 2 e-mails about my order but have not yet heard back - why? A. ALL e-mails are answered within 24 hours. Exceptions to this include weekends and holidays or any down times due to server outages - rare but it does happen. Also if we take any time off for vacation we will post notice on our contact page. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) please send us a followup e-mail by going through our contact page.
