Are you one of those asking us for modifications of existing lens rings to allow full access of controls on the lens? Here they are.

We've made modifications to the plastic insert and outer metal ring to allow for reading the focus distance in both landscape and portrait orientations. And in some cases, switch(es) on the lens can also be accessed through these windows. As with V1 the new V2 is compatible with R1, R10, RS1/2, and M series model heads.

Version 2 is now available for pre-order only and will begin shipping May 20th.

    Current lenses supported for V2:

    Sigma 8mm / 15mm Fisheyes (all mounts)

    Canon 8-15mm fisheye.

The modifications to the lens rings unfortunately results in a slightly higher price at $149.95. However V1 (older version) rings will remain available for $109.95.

It's important to note that the V2 merely offers extended functionality. The V1 still works fine and users rarely have need to adjust settings once mounted.

Do you have a timetable for other lenses? Hoping for Nikkor 16mm sometime in the future.

probably Nikon 16mm and 10.5mm will be the next candidate.
