The difference is in selectable detend interval stops: 6, 8, 30 stops towards 6, 8, 10 stops. These are levelers with built in rotator.
For your combination you should get EZ-Leveller II. This is a leveler on its own without built in rotator. But, I can not find it on e store anymore since the new website is started. I hope it will not be discontinued.!!??

EZ-Leveller II is still in production. It will fit to your set up. I use it myself.

The thing is I need it as soon as possible and i want to process the purchase online today and that is my dilemma, how can i purchase if its not in the website as option.

Give them a call or send a email.
When I am right, you want to purchase NN4 RD16II. Then add EZ-Leveller II as well. May be you think of adding Nadir Adapter as well.
