Option 1
Get a 2 axis motorized head and program it to take multi-row.

Option 2
Take one row, lower the pole, change the tilt and raise it again to take another row and so on.

Option 3,
I may make a semi-auto head for multi-row pano on pole this year.

there is marking for the last 10cm to indicate best stability. You can bring a marker pen with you. :-)

Hi,

Use a steady tripod with Tripod Adapter. Raising the segments, you should use one hand to push the tripod down to keep it in place. On a windy day the segments might be sticky from time to time, specially around 6m. In this case you might slightly raise the tripod and change your position on the ground.

I should use a "stripped" NN3 MKII with Quick Mount Mini System on top. Sometimes it is easier to bring the Pole down by opening up the collar locks quite a bit to let out the air inside the Pole segment coming down.

With a NN5 or 3 it is easy to do multirow from at least 4 meters height.

You need to have a rotator at bottom, I have it on a heavy tripod which has almost 2 m height. Just low enough for me to be able to rotate.
Because the NN5 and also NN3 has a spherical arm which you can tighten just enough to hold the camera you can easy drag it down using a string. I just use a 5 m measure tape.
You may need to ad an extra plastic washer to get the perfect performance.

The large tape marks makes it possible to set the tilt from ground. You need of course to start with the bottom row.
The pole has to be straight if you want to go high. I used my old FOBA tubes for my first tests.
Monopods are often not straight when you extend them fully and you do not get precise NPP for indoor shooting.
