well most of time I'm alone at ski so difficult to include myself in panos but will try if I can ;)

With remote in hand put on your game face and take a shot with you zooming towards camera in tuck position - just dont forget to stop.

Last time I went skiing I blew my knee out and dislocated my shoulder. But you don't have to risk that here - it's all about staging and adding a bit of motion blur in post production. In fact you could do pano showing you coming and going but with a twist you're skiing uphill :-)
