    Hi Folks

I have just bought Panoramic Tripod Head NN Ultimate M1-S wRD16, But I could not calibrate it for my camera, I have a Canon 5D Mark2 with Sigma 15mm Fisheye lens,

So guys, if anyone has this type Panoramic Tripod Head, could you give me calibrating setting for me, I try to define dimensions like A-B-C (you can see below), So which dimensionsI have to use for A, B and C ?

    Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum.

First of all you have to change position of the upper rail. The clamp has to be on the opposite side of the upper rotator.

May be you have to find the settings by yourself:

From data on the Nodal Ninja site, the upper rail setting for the Sigma lens should be similar to the Canon 15mm fisheye, in which case the distance from the camera's tripod socket to the centre of the clamp on the upper rotator should be around 81.5mm. Use that as a starting point but check and adjust using the tutorials Heinz suggested.
