What are you using for the plate that connects the camera to the upper arm?

    Badders,

no matter of Cp-1 or CP-2, they are the same. But he might use something else like QR's.

Let's help him after the football matches tonight. :

I'll have a look to my database.

Anyway Dume , if you do not want to watch football try this for your lower rail settings: http://www.easypano.com/forum/displa...1&TopicID=4162

So the plate has a little lip or edge at the back to sit against the bottle edge of the camera yes?

    Dume,

just back home, before the football.

Tested with D300S NN5, Cp-2, my personal equipment, you have to test it with yours!

    LRS 60, URS Nikkor 10.5 86, Nikkor 16mm 82, Sigma 8mm/f3.5 93, Nikkor 50mm/f1.4 52

Hope this helps, feel free to ask. There are a lot of people on this forum who will try to help you.

When you still remain with problems, you might send pics to check.

    Cheers

    Heinz
