Your panorama could do with levelling, to get the verticals properly upright. You can level the finished equirectangular image very easily: see http://www.johnhpanos.com/levtut.htm. Otherwise, the colours look a bit too vivid for my taste - typical Photomatix processed look - but you know better what the original scene looked like.
