Which NN to buy

I have a Canon 5D w/ the EF 24-105 f4. I have an RRS L-Bracket on the Camera and would like to use the bracket to mount the camera to the NN.
Also I would most likely use a modified EF-S 10-22 zoomed between 14-22 with the NN. Yes it works on the 5D as long as you do not go wider 14nn. I would like to get a 16-35 or 17-40 but not at this time. I also might use the 24-105.

Would the NN3 MkII work here or would I be happier with the NN5L. Not sure that the NN5 would be worth the extra $70 dollars. :-\

NN5L will be a better choice for your gear. It is on sale and has great value.
The positive stops in the upper rotator in NN5 is good for template assisted stitching. It is very helpful when the scene has little feature at the seams.
