Canon 50D + 17-40 L

Can anyone tell me if I can use this combo (Canon 50D + 17-40 L) with the NN3 MII?
The upper rail will fit the length of the lens plus camera?

I don't want to buy the NN5 because is too much heavy for my needs...

Hi Fernado,
The NN3 is a bit to small for your camera and lens. You best and least expensive option would be the NN5L - still very light and easy to use.
