help build my NN5 kit....

I decided to upgrade my NN3 and my canon eos...
I decided to go with cancon eos 5DmkII with vertical grip,
now to get to the question...
what NN5 and accessories should i buy? I really want quick release... and everithing, i tried to go through the store but i got a little confused... to many options to choose from ...

You can buy the NN5 default package.
You can upgrade the rotator to RD8 or RD16. RD16 is most popular for NN5 users.

You need to buy an Arca Swiss compatible quick release plate. Many manufacturers sell this plate. Some even has plate customized to the camera body. We have a general purpose plate for $24.95.
