Making a multi row image / 360 image.

Hello,

I have bought the Nodal Ninja 3 MKII + RD8 Rotator,
i can make normal panorama's now, single row image's in a apple quicktime movie.

I want to make a full 360 image (multi row) , with nadir and zenith photo's , but don't know how to stich it.

I use PTGui, and pano2qvtr for making the quicktime movie.

This is the equipment i'm using :
nikon d200
nikon 18-200

shoot in this way.

Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED-IF AF-S VR DX

* Full frame=18-200mm, HFOV: 90¬? - 10¬?| VFOV: 67¬? - 7¬? | DFOV: 100¬? - 12¬?
* 1.5x=27-300mm, HFOV: 67¬? - 7¬? | VFOV: 48¬? - 5¬? | DFOV: 77¬? - 8¬?

* Min. shots (1.5x): N, 10 images every 36¬? at -45¬? pitch, 10 images every 36¬? at 0¬? pitch, 10 images every 36¬? at +45¬? pitch, Z
