Nodal Ninja setup for 4 shots with a 8mm fisheye?

Just wondering how to get the exact setup for a 4 shot pano with the 8mm Sigma Fisheye on a Canon 40D?

Here is my Equipment
Canon 40D
The New Nodal Ninja 5
Sigma 8mm Fisheye

The settings I currently have are
Lower Rail 58
Upper Rail 90.5
The upper rail is set at 0 degrees

What should the degree of the upper rail be set to to be able to do 4 shot panos w/o having to do a nadir shot? Is it possible?

5-7.5 deg up will be enough to cover the zenith. Do you mean zenith rather than nadir?
