I just joined also. I have been doing cylindrical and spherical lately for inclusion in a video I am doing on the Mexican Border for government agencies.

This movie is made from a series of still photographs. first they were stitched into an equirectangle in PTGui, then made into a Quicktime virtual reality movie in Pano2VR, then this movie was put into Pano2Movie and made into this linear (normal) Quicktime movie:
