Canon, Sigm 8mm, 4 shots at 7.5degrees...

Hi All

According to the manual the Nodal Ninja R10 with a Canon APS-C needs a NPP setting of 1.65. *I've had a look at calibrating the NPP manually and it seems to be 0.85 (Canon 600D with Sigma 8mm 3.5) - does anyone else have this combination? What setting do you use?

I think 1.65 was suggested for R1.
Yes, I can confirm 0.85 setting for R10 7.5 deg and Sigma 8mm F3.5 for Canon.

Thanks for the updated info but it would be good if you could update your website please as I have wasted hours checking and double checking the documentation all over and it all states the same - everything all over your site states that 1.65 settings are correct for the R1 and R10 with an 8mm Sigma and Canon

Hi again, and thanks for the reply.

Could I ask another question which is baffling me ....

I'm using an R10 with mini rotator and bubble level. When I set the R10 perfectly level and move it 90degrees the level is out again. I've stripped down the R10 to ensure the bubble is level and fitted correctly and it is placed on my tripod perfectly square. Is this normal? Do you ever get problems with the bubble levels?
