Hi Martins and welcome on the forum,
They form a good pair. I tested it personally, it will even work with a 18-200mm lens. Look for the Samyang 8mm/f3.6 AE lens for Nikon bodies in case you have to buy it.
In UK you should contact Andrew "Badders", one of our best resellers in EU: he is selling Samyang Lenses at top price. Good service, neutral advice.
