Settings for NN3 with Canon 5D MII+ Canon 15mm

Hi All,
I just bought Canon 15mm lens for my Canon 5D.
Could somebody recommend A,B settings for this combination with NN3 head?

Try A=48 (58 with CP-1); B=80. Check the settings using this tutorial

Just an add: 58 with CP-2 as well. CP-1 and CP-2 have the same thickness.
