Need your professional suggestion about a pano head

Hi there,

I wonder, if you would be able to help me decide, the appropriate pano head, that fit for my camera gear.

I have both Canon 50D & 7D, with Sigma 8mm f/3.5 EX DG Circular Fisheye Lens for Canon, and other lenses. I have as well a vertical grip.

I was suggested to use via other forums to use the Ultimate R1 with the Sigma 8mm ring, though, If I want to use my vertical grip with the above mentioned gear, I can use the NN5 RD 8, that has detents, convenient for the vertical grip, and I can use it with other lenses as well, in addition, I can obtain a zenith and a nadir with the NN5, what is the most appropriate, that can provide me with results like the links shown below.

I don't yet have much of an experience with the full spherical pano 360 x 180, I have looked up the tree chart

but I am confused about certain terms. What do you suggest me to get. I would like to produce High Definition Panoramas,
