Tokina 10-17mm

Hi Folks
does anybody have the settings for the Tokina 10-17mm at 12mm for a Full Frame Camera.
I use a D700 with shaved Tokina at 12mm on a R1. I use a tilt of +5° but I have trouble to find the NPP resp. LPP

Maybe there excist a tabe somewhere in the net or somebody has the exact setting.
