sigma 10-20mm f3.5 enw lens settings on Nodal Ninja MKII

i'm very new here but
have ordered a lens a sigma 10-20mm f.3.5 and
i have see the settings list on the site but i found this

so i also have a sony but a a350 exept of an A700
buth the setting above are for the older lens of sigma the 10-20mm f4-5.6
could these settings be the same as the new lens 10-20mm f3.5?

i'll hope you guys could help me out

Hi Sven,

let us suppose the distance lens flange - sensorplane for your different models are the same because sony would not change the autofocus module for every camera. The distance for Sony Alpha is 44.6mm.

You have to check the distance lensflange - tripod mount of the different models. If it is the same, your are ok and can use the settings of the A700. Otherwise, railsetting minus distance A700 plus distance A350.

Concerning the sigma lens i did not find the settings till now. But i am afraid that the settings for th new lens differ from the ones from the old one, cause of different lenses and might be construction. But i would try the old settings first. Otherwise go to camera settings on this site and go to John's Tutorial to find your nnp.

if i have the new lens i will try the settings
otherwise i will make the settings on my own
with the use of finding the non parallax point in the tutorials
and post them on the settings page
