Quick Release Nodal Ninja 3?

What are you guys using for your NN 3 quick releases if any?

I am thinking about purchasing the NN3 and I was wondering what you guys are using for fast setups. Like quick releases for the Camera mount.

For NN3 the manfrotto RC2 is an inexpensive option.

I guess Bill meant RC2 was an INexpensive option instead. It should work for 40D.
