NN3 MKII with Canon 10-22mm
I couldn't find this information with the search, so I am sorry if this has been covered.
Can anyone confirm whether or not the T apadter needs to be used with a Canon 40D and 10-22mm lens? I am about to pull the trigger on the pano head but wanted to make sure it would work for me. Thanks!

No T-adapter needed. you can find your setting here

Re: NN3 MKII with Canon 10-22mm
Thanks!
Since there is some distortion with this lens at 10mm (the only focal length listed), does anyone know the setup lengths at 14mm and 22mm?
Re: NN3 MKII with Canon 10-22mm
There will probably be distortion at all focal lengths. This is not a problem as it can be corrected by the stitching software. The 10mm setting should be quite useable.

Could anyone share the rail settings of the above equipment? The nodal ninja site says at the camera settings that "page has been temporarily removed".
Thank you!

no T Adaptor required. I use lower rail of 38.

upper rail i am using with a quick release plate thus will not be accurate for your case.

Please refer to the Nodal Ninja 3 instructions.
"If" a "T" Adapter was required it would be on the upper arm not the lower arm.

oops, sorry, my bad. it is 63mm.
Re: NN3 MKII with Canon 10-22mm
I used to starting settings in the NN3 table and found it needs manual recalculation. I did some trials and found the most suitable settings are:
Lower Rail 'A' = 43 mm
Upper Rail 'B' = 104.5 mm
Please confirm if these settings work with you without any parallax errors.
