I have an nodal ninja 3 on its way and I will be using a canon rebel xti to take a high volume of virtual tours. Currently I have a canon 10-22mm lense that we have been using, but would like to reduce the number of shots to create our tours with great quality. Which is the lense of choice the sigma or tokina. Quality is very important.
I am using a Canon Rebel XTI which is the same as the 400D. It has a 1.6 crop factor.
go for 8mm for high volume work. I see the full screen vr from 8mm is excellent.

Since I have the 8mm sigma with the rebel xti which has a multiplier of 1.6, should I be taking photos every 90 degrees for a total of 4 shots.
4 shots are the minimum requirement. You can take 5 shots or even 6 shots for more overlap.
