  • NN4 upper rotator issue

    I'm having a small problem with my new NN4 , specifically around the upper rotator, Ive created a short video to help describe my problem

    Hi and welcome to the forum,

    This is not normal. It should open up while opening the knob. Mine works that way. The hex screw has only to be taken off to set the upper rail to the different horizontal starting angles, 7.5 etc. fix to one of these starting positions. The upper rotator uses 15 steps added to the first horizontal angle, so 7.5 with click to 22.5.

    I feel you should return it to the reseller. Which country do you live in ? Good video.

      Hi - this is known issue with very small handful of units sent out - please contact your reseller for replacement.

        As Bill pointed out, it is a defective unit which needs replacement.
        Maybe you can help me diagnose the source of issue. Does your NN4 has this issue from day one?
