trying to finetune my NN3-D7000-Nikkor 10.5 setup.
I am still far off my previous accuracy with the D90... not sure what is wrong....
Ran about your settings and don't get it, cause your LRS at 56 without Nadir Adapter is miles away from what I need. Looks like I might end around 48. Is there a mistake in your post? Just wondering if I am doing something totally wrong...
I mixed my numbers on the pics per accident in the first post. I rechecked it. D7000_10.5_NN3 MKII_Nadir Adapter LRS is 49mm with use of Nadir Adapter. Without Nadir Adapter it will be +6mm because of offset of the reference point of the Nadir Adapter 55mm. URS 10.5 I used is 81.
48mm cuts to the right = move to the right, 50mm cuts to the left = move to the left.
I used a 9cm diameter hard paper on top of tripod below rotator base. Hole punched in center for 3/8" screw of Tripod Top Plate Screw. F22, pitch -15º, 6 shots around, stitched in PTGui Pro, pano settings 360 x 180, output .mov file. Moved down to nadir, zoomed in, Screenshot with SkitchPlus. skitch.com
