Very nice Frank! Great exposure and details.
Why 3 at +60 rather than one zenith? Is it due shooting the main row at -15?
Did you need to stack exposures?
    Which aperture on the 10mm?

Why 3 tops ? at sea or with a lot of wind you have more room to play.. and CP's to stitch, that's all
      0/120/240 degr.

All is done with one exposure at f8
Maybe f 5.6/8 is better, have to find out.
The Sig8mm is at best at 5.6/8
      Have Fun !

BTW the first one is made with the Sig 8mm, 5 around, 1 top and one HH bottom

Thanks. I missed the next/previous arrows before, and only saw the first image which does have lots of content at zenith.
When you do shoot a single zenith with the 10mm, do you still shoot the row at -15?

          Hi David,

I don't think a single zenith will fix it with the rest at -15.

If you make 10 demo images with different colors and load them in PTGui you can enter lens values and see what happens and how much overlap you have.

          Have Fun!

            Excellent pano!
Really gives you a local feel and makes one want to visit - ok - it's now on my places to visit.
            thx

              Hey Bill,
              thanks
              But there are 5
Missed the arrows at the windowbottom ?
If so you're not the first and I have to think about it to make it better.

I tried 6 around at -10, one zenith at +60, one nadir. This works good, but I like your technique for 3 around at +60 just to make sure. These numbers work well with my NN5L 60 degree detent plate. One single zenith at +90 has been problematic at times.

Thanks for the tip to check overlap with different colored images. Looks like I was on the wrong end of the horse again!

Actually the navigation toolbar at the bottom is obvious. But my eyes went directly to your nice pano and never came out to notice the nav buttons!

Maybe put text like "Next Pano" besides the arrow will make it clearer.

                      Great ones Frank!
                      Very good nadirs.
Especially number 5 must have been a challenge for its dynamic range!

                        Hi Erik,
the Canon 450D has liveview +histogram.

The nadir in nr 5 is fixed now. :-)
