The best solution for quick release NN3 and Manfrotto

A bit annnoying - all that plate-changing thing. When taking Panos and POIs in between each other

I have a NN3 and I am looking for an adapter to put on my NN3 så I can keep the Manfrotto plate on.
Is it possible?
Should i go ebaying or do you guys have other suggestions?

Not too sure which QR plate you are using.
I modied the lower plate for use with my NN3. I am not aware of a retail solution.

I use a Manfrotto 323 QR adapter on my NN5 like this:

I think I'll take the 323 QR thing from manfrotto. Im not that good with tools
