NN5 with 1ds mark 3 and canon 20 mm 2.8, anyone know how to set up? please help!

i just bought NN5, i want to use 1ds mark 3 and lens 20 mm, 2.8 canon to shoot panorama 360 x 180 degree, but i can not find any data to set up low rail, and up rail (A, B). is there anyone help me?
