Question about EZ Leveler 1

I just bought an EZ Leveler 1 from the discontinued section. It looks good, but there's a bit of a wobble where each post attaches to the upper platform. It's the same way my old, poorly made Manfrotto leveler acted. Is this something I should worry about or can I rely on gravity to cover the problem?

Michael,

do not worry about. Even the new EZ-Leveller II has a little bit of movement which is less having fixed it with the second screw to the top plate. I did not have any problems yet.
