Hi, I think I signed up for this forum a year ago when I purchased my NN3 but haven't visited since. I have been busy putting together a lot of VR pano in the last year and I thought I would share some. The latest ones I just finished up this week came out nice but it was the most work so far. There are six panos of the Point Cabrillo Light Station on the Calif. Mendocino Coast. Pano #3 was the hardest to put together as the lens 14 inches away and was rotating so I had to time my shooting to get the lens in the same position for 3 of the photos. Unfortunately I missed the timing on the top shot, so I ended up manually photoshoping in the entire ceiling.
Pano # 4 was the highest pole-cam VR. pano I have done to date and 20ft. With the strong ocean breeze, that's about the highest I could hold it steady. The are a bunch of other ones on my site that came out nice if you want to take a look with the "Lava Tube Caves", "Sierra Buttes", and "Mono Lake at night" being my favorite.

well done Frank - Pano#3 is dramatic view of a lighthouse lens - anyone that hasn't seen Franks works should have a look at his website.

Thanks for the compliment Bill, Yesterday our local Fox40 news morning show did a segment with me on the virtual reality panoramas. The NN3 got a lot of close up airtime as I tried to explain the process. I can put a link to the video later if interested.
Thanks Frank..

Thanks, I uploaded the video to YouTube and the quality might be a little better then the upload the TV station had yesterday. There are a few more videos listed also. Here is link http://www.youtube.com/user/Blademan01
The TV anchor that originally saw my VR Panos and invited me in was out sick, and they had the other anchor that also does sports fill in. He wasn't familiar with why I was there and just a minute before broadcast I was having to fill him in on what I was going to do. I am no expert on making the VR Panos or on appearing on TV, so I hope you guy don't notice too many mistakes........
