Fanotec's new Flash Adapter allows those wanting to use a flash to mount it directly onto the upper rail of NN3 and NN5 series heads. Placing a flash on the camera may create added torque and stress to upper rails - by mounting the flash directly to the upper rail this stress is reduced. It's also important to note the use of a flash while shooting a panorama requires added techniques to help in diffusing the light.
