When having a look at the video showing how to mount the T-adapter on the camera, I told Myself that it was not that easy.
What about adding a withe line in the front of it to show that the camera is well aligned with fixations ?

In fact the new T includes a system to block camera and be sure it won't turn or move, so it prevents that problem I think  http://store.nodalninja.com/product_p/t-30-ii.htm

I was more thinking of that line to be used when you first want to place the T-adapter on the camera and before bolting it.
Because the current way to verify that you have well aligned the camera's optic with the fixation is to have a look under the T-adapter.

Here, I have drawn the line on the T-adapter.

Problem of your white line is that bar of T can be moved with screws under T and than it would not be accurate :-\

Then you can add two more lines, so that you always have a line aligned with the fixation.

actually having a mini scale on the outside wouldn't be a bad idea
