Hello
I have Ninja 3 MKII w/Rotator R-D8 + D700 + sigma 12-24mm
Do you know settings for this combo?
Because I have a probem: it seems that i need to go farther than 10.7mm. Do I need a T adaptater? Or do you have experience with this combo and do you have different settings.
Thanks in advance
Soryy for my english.

Hi
Were you ever successful using the sigma?
I also have your setup with Canon 40d - and have really struggled setup.

Hi guys,
test 62 for lower rail setting, LRS for NN3 MKII for D700. Test with hacksaw test.

When the tooth cuts to the right, move the camera to the right. When it cuts to the left, move to the left, at least 1 by 1 mm.

Test with zoom at 12. Begin near the front lens. When the reference point follows the turning direction, you have to move the camera forward. When it moves against it, you have to move backwards. In the beginning you can work backwards by 5 mm. When the direction turns, move forward 1 by 1 mm.
To check import the 2 pics into PS, move the second pic with 50% opacity on top of the first, and click on and off to see if something moves.
Sucess,
Heinz
BTW: NN5 might the the better head for this D700 combi.
