D3x with the nikon 105 macro lens ? what will be the settings?

I am New at Panoramic I am Going to Ireland And will like to take some great looking Pan so I got the NN5 L with the rotator 16 and just Playing and getting all the setting Please help and Advice thank you

The settings for the nikkor with D3:

105mm/f2.8 ED VR lower rail 86 upper rail 64

use 7,5¬? with 48 stops
