NN Ultimate R1 VS NN5?

I'm using D1H + 10.5mm fisheye dx and D3 + 16mm fisheye.
may I know if the new "Nodal Ninja Ultimate R1 Adjustable Tilt Ring Mount Pano Head" is better than NN5?

If you are wanting to make full 360x180 spherical panos, then I think the NN5 is the better choice. The R1 would not allow you to take a proper zenith and nadir whilst maintaining a consistent no-parallax point. This would not matter too much for outdoor shots with things generally far away, but you would have problems indoors.
