This is a popular vortex region where many come to meditate and feel the energies. Many will also stack rocks creating an "earth art" aka "prayer rocks". As you stack the rocks you say an intention or prayer.
Stacking rocks or not there is no doubt you feel a special something while taking in the grandeur of the area.

Thanks for posting this fine pano.

Indeed the scene have grandeur and when experiencing the beauty and thinking about the ancient history of the landscape most if not all people will be impressed.
And it is human nature to directly label such a place with spiritual and metaphysical energy, whatever that may be ;-)
