Is the combination of a D90 body and 18-200mm lens too much weight for the NN3 MKII to remain stable? Total weight of equipment would be about 2 lbs. 13 oz.

I use a Canon 40d and 17-55 F2.8 total weight 3lbs.10 oz. with out trouble on a NN3mk2.
However the NN5 range is stronger and has other advantages in the range of kit and lenses it will support.
