Thread mounting screw on tripod

I'm hoping to make use of an old SLIK tripod from which I've removed the head. This tripod uses a 1/4 inch thread for mounting.

The Nodal Ninja MKII features list says it has a 3/8-1/4 inch thread mount adapter screw and I've watched the video demonstration where it says it will mount to a 1/4 inch thread.

My question/concern here is, will using the 1/4 inch mounting option throw off the no-parallax point camera settings shown on this website? (www.nodalninja.com/html/nikon_settings.html)

No the adapter is concentric with the normal 3/8 hole ... so there is no change.

Of course you must remove it from its storage hole and screw it into the central one......
