I just purchased a QRS2 quick release system. I can figure out how to attach it but I have no idea if it it the best way. E.g. Which way should the QR plate ideally be oriented to the camera body, and which way should the QR clamp ideally be oriented to the camera mounting plate? Are there any instructions or guidelines available? I'm using it with a Nikon D300 and 10.5mm fisheye.
