canon 5d with either 15mm fish eye or 16-35mm f2.8l

I am new to this and about to place an order for the nnl5 kit http://www.red-door.co.uk/pages/productpages/nodal-ninja-panorama-head-nn5.html Will I need anything else, the leveler for exampe or conversion rings. ? Any help will be greatly appreciated

the NN5/L package is all you need. You don't need anything else. The leveler is optional. You can level the pano head by tripod legs or tripod head with large rated (>5kg) loading.
