Just Purchased NN3 MKII - What Pano Software Do You Recommend?

I just purchased the NN3 MKII to use with my Nikon D300. I have an intel iMac 20" with MacOs 10.5 loaded. I was wondering if anyone had any favorite Mac compatible pano software they liked (especially for a newbie).
